📱 Screens

🏠 Home — your shift today with Flight Time and Duty Period. Swipe left/right to browse the week. On off days (6, 8, 14, 16) you'll see colleagues you could work instead of.

📅 Calendar — tap any day to see detail or add a duty. The month header shows total FT and DP. Each cell shows destinations for flight days, or HSBY/AD/OFF labels.

✈️ Schedule — the full PSR flight schedule for Aereo 1 and Aereo 2, by day of week.

🔄 Swap — select your roster and shift to find who can swap with you. Also works for off days to find reverse-swap candidates.

⋯ More — Statistics, Crew Directory, Settings, Info, and Check for updates.

📅 Day Detail

Tap any calendar day to open the detail view. Here you'll see:

• Report time, Flight Time and Duty Period

• Flights with routes and times

• Swap available — who can cover your shift

• Same shift — colleagues flying the same day

• You could work instead of — on off days 6, 8, 14, 16

Tap Edit duty to change your assignment. For HSBY and AD, tap Duty change to switch to a different rotation or add called-to-fly flights.

1. Open Ryanair Connect in Safari

2. Navigate to your roster page

3. Take a screenshot (or multiple for the full month)

4. In CrewPSR, open the Calendar

5. Tap Import from Ryanair Connect → 📷 Screenshot

6. Select your screenshot — AI reads it in ~15 seconds

7. Review the preview and tap ✅ Import

Times are automatically converted from UTC to Italian time.

📊 Statistics

Monthly tab — navigate months with ‹ ›. Shows Flight Time, Duty Period, sectors, airports, routes, late finishes (arrivals after 00:30 on day 13).

General tab — all-time totals including a Total Duty figure that counts HSBY at 100% (for reference).

👥 Crew Directory

PIN-protected. Add a crew code and WhatsApp number for each colleague. They'll appear as tappable links throughout the app — in swap cards, same shift, and day detail.

Use Export / Import to share your directory with a colleague.
